This project is about using layers in Photoshop. The cross hatched background is supposed to be a separate layer but on the supplied cd it already been merged with the bottom layer and therefor I am unable to move it between or above the two layers.
Watch Face (Top Layer)
Watch Base (Bottom Layer and Background)
Watch Face at 60% Opacity
Top and Bottom layers switched so that the Base is now on top – Base layer at 60% Opacity
Base layer removed and Face at 60% Opacity
Eraser Tool used to remove a Cross shape from the top layer
Top layer at 60% Opacity with cross section still erased
Top layer at 60% Opacity with a cross erased from the bottom layer
